Freddy and Warren were easy to deal with and communicative and the pricing on my truck was very fair. I am an out-of-town buyer so it was important to me to have a streamlined process and not be tied up at the dealership for a long time. I saw an ad on Facebook on Sunday about Stephanie Morris Nissan. I scrolled through the pictures of vehicles and found a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic. My husband and I went on Monday to look at the truck. We met with a salesman name James Ryall, he took us to look at the truck and told us all about it. On Tuesday May 16th thanks to James (salesman) and Warren (manager) we left the dealership driving our new truck. A big shout out to these men for going above and beyond to see that we were satisfied in every way. James stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. We purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4x with ease. The non-local salesman was very helpful and easy to work with. The Saturday afternoon sale was easy and fast. Good on this portion. We love the newer truck.
It took longer than a month to get the old truck paid for but it happened. Other than that good experience.
The service team is wonderful. Thanks to Josh/Peggy and the team for helping us out-of-towners get back on the road after an alternator failure. I'm so disappointed In this place they promised me that no matter my credit that I can get a vehicle. Well I didn't get one. Because of my income. Tina the dealership lady kept pushing me to have a cosigner I kept telling no. She said well people like you can't save the money on your own. Fyi my husband and I are on SSI I highly don't recommend going to this dealership if you are low income they belittle you and profile you. I'm never going back there again.
Service got me in and out in one business day with lots of needed repairs. Josh was extreemly professional and helpful. Pricing was a little high, but what I expected for a dealership. Repairs were done right the first time. I am happy with my experience.
I took my car in to get multiple issues, resolved, and both Josh and the mechanic were fantastic. Josh communicated effectively and got me a courtesy car while my car was in the shop for a few days! All of the mechanical work was done well and my car was returned cleaner than I left it! Thank you so much
